After several years looking at my own health and nutrition with increasing interest, including becoming a nutriton therapist, I wanted to promote the benefits of nutrition to as wide an audience as possible.
The Nutrition Diet Club was born to provide the vehicle for that goal. It is not an actual physical club in the normal sense of the word. It is open to all and the more the merrier. It is not just for those already interested in nutrition but for those who are just curious about what a nutrition diet means.
I want everyone to understand the benefits of good nutrition as the basis of any diet. I also want everyone to understand the long term health benefits of proper nutrition.
More and more we hear of the benefits of this vitamin or that mineral and they are all in our food. Or should be and I want to show how it is a fairly simple process to change your diet and /or lifestyle to a more nutritious way of life without too much hassle.
The Nutrition Diet Club aims to change the way you think about food, where it comes from, what is in it and keep it simple.
There is plenty of more detailed and technical information out there and there will be links to some sites and recommended reading etc through this site. The aim of this site is to keep it simple and not too technical. Any products we recommend will be good quality and in many cases used by ourselves.
I hope you can benefit from The Nutrition Diet Club and enjoy life.
