As a nutrition therapist I wanted to spread the word about nutrition as the basis for diet and health and as well as offering nutrition help and news and information. I want to give everyone the information so that they can choose nutrition as the basis of a healthy diet. Your Body Needs Food.
I want to promote nutrition as the basis of diet and health. We all need food but we need the right food. What we eat is important to our health and wellbeing both short term and longterm.
Good nutrition provides the means to achieve this and just because we feel healthy doesn't mean a nutritious diet isn't needed. We all need nutrients all the time to maintain health in the long term.
This site has been set up to spread the message that nutrition from nutritious food is the basis of a good diet and to help you understand the importance of nutrition as diet. At times food is not enough and a supplement may be needed. You will find information about supplements and why they may be necessary and a look at supplements and recommended suppliers.
